Add a Note

Keeping track of bookings and conversations is crucial when managing multiple customers. Notes help you document important highlights or progress of a particular booking, making it easier to stay organised.

Things to Keep in Mind

  • Access: Owners and Managers can also view, edit, or delete notes.
  • Rich Formatting: Notes can include text, images, links, and basic formatting for better organisation.

How to Add a Note

  1. Go to Bookings: Navigate to Bookings from the sidebar.
  2. Find the Booking: Locate the booking you want to add a note for and open the Summary view.
  3. Open Notes: Click on the Notes tab, located next to the Files tab.
  4. Add a Note: Click Add, type your note, add an image or link, and format the text as needed. Click Add Note to save.
  5. Edit or Delete a Note: After adding a note, you can update or remove it as and when needed.
