Add a Note to Lead

Add a Note to Lead

Keeping track of leads is important when managing multiple prospects. Notes help you document key updates, next steps, or context, making it easier to stay organised and collaborate.

Things to Keep in Mind
  1. Access: Owners, Managers, and Support can view notes for all Leads.
  2. Rich Formatting: Notes can include text, images, links, and basic formatting for better organisation.
How to Add a Note
  1. Go to Leads: Navigate to Leads from the sidebar.
  2. Find the Lead: Locate the lead you want to update and open the Summary view.
  3. Open Notes: Click on the Notes tab, located next to the Activity tab.
  4. Add a Note: Click Add, type your note, add an image or link, and format the text as needed, and save it.
  5. You can edit or delete the note anytime.
