If you own a custom domain, you can connect it here. A custom domain gives your storefront a URL that’s entirely yours, like truenorthconsultancy.com, instead of the default quicko.website address.
Things to Keep in Mind
- Only Owners can connect a custom domain.
- Once connected, your custom domain becomes the public-facing URL for your storefront. Understand more about domains here.
- Any storefront links you externally shared before the domain change will need to be updated; visitors will not be redirected.
- DNS changes can take up to 24 hours to take effect.
How to Connect a Custom Domain
- Go to Settings > Workspace settings > Domains.
- In the Custom domain section, click + Connect a domain.

- Enter your custom domain.
- Go to your domain registrar (GoDaddy, Hostinger, Cloudflare, etc) and add the DNS records shown in your domain settings.
The
icon next to each record turns
once it’s correctly added in your registrar.
You can refresh the status of your records once they are added.

- After all records show
, click Verify.

Domain Statuses
- Pending: DNS records not yet configured correctly
- Provisioning: Records are verified. The system is working on connecting your domain with your workspace.
- Connected: Your custom domain is live and points to your storefront.
- DNS check failed: One or more records could not be verified. Check your DNS settings and try again.
Most domain registrars have custom DNS management settings. Below are guides for common domain registrars:
- GoDaddy: Adding A Records and a CNAME.
- Hostinger: Adding A Records and a CNAME.
- Cloudflare: Adding A Records and a CNAME.
