Create a Contact

Create a Contact

Not every customer finds you first, sometimes, you meet them. Use Create Contact to manually add a customer or lead to your workspace so you can follow up or track engagement.

Things to Keep in Mind
  1. Contact Info: You will need the contact’s first name, last name, phone number, and email address.
  2. No Edits or Deletes: Once a contact is created, their details cannot be edited or deleted, double-check before saving.
How to Create a Contact
  1. Go to Contacts: Navigate to the Contacts tab from the sidebar.
  2. Click Create Contact.
  3. Enter the contact’s:
    1. First Name
    2. Last Name
    3. Phone Number
    4. Email Address
  4. Click Create: The contact will now appear in your Contacts list.
