Create a Payment Link

Create a Payment Link to collect a fixed amount from a customer without linking the payment to an order.

Things to Keep in Mind

  1. Payment Links can be created for up to ₹1,00,000.
  2. Notes are for internal use only. The customer never sees them.
  1. Go to More > Payment Links from the sidebar.
  2. Click + New.
  3. Add payment details:
    1. Title: Describe what the payment is for, for example, ITR Filing for AY 2026-27.
    2. Amount: Enter the amount to collect.
    3. Customer: Search and select a contact. Their email and phone number are pre-filled.
    4. Notes (optional): Add context for your own reference.
    5. Expiry (optional): Turn off Never expires to set a date and time after which the link stops accepting payment.
  4. Click Create Link.
