Create a Plan

Plans outline the services your workspace offers, helping customers know what to expect from a booking. Keeping them clear and free of jargon ensures easy understanding and smooth communication.

Things to Keep in Mind

  • Create Plans: Only Owners and Managers can create and publish plans.
  • Basic Details: You won’t be able to publish a plan until all Basic Details are added.
  • GST Pricing: To include GST charges in the plan price, make sure to add your GSTIN.

How to Create a Plan

  1. Go to Plans: Navigate to Settings > Plans.
  2. Select Create to start a step-by-step setup process.
  3. Add Basic Details: Fill in plan info like Name, Description, Labels, Details, Call Duration, Buffer Time, and Pricing.
  4. Configure Advanced Details: Set up preferences like Scheduling Interval, Promotions, Listing Price, and Follow-up Preferences.
  5. Publish Plan: Review your details, click Done, and Publish your Plan!


Info Once published, you can copy the link to the plan page and share it with your customers.
