Create and Manage Teams

Teams let you organise members into groups, simplifying workflows when connecting them to plans.

Things to Keep in Mind

  • Adding Members: Members can be added or removed from teams anytime.
  • Assigning to Rosters: Teams are added to rosters to connect them to the right plans.
  • Team Leads: You can assign a Team Lead to manage the team independently.

How to Create and Manage a Team

  1. Go to Teams: Navigate to Settings > Teams.
  2. Create a Team: Click Create Team and follow these steps:
    • Step 1: Add a team name and description.
    • Step 2: Add members to the team.
  3. Manage Teams: To edit team details, update members, or delete a team:
    • Click the three vertical dots next to the team name.
    • Choose the appropriate action: Edit team, add/remove members, or delete the team.
