Edit Contact Details

Edit Contact Details

Since leads can be created using unverified information, you can edit their contact details if you receive updated or corrected info.

Things to Keep in Mind
  1. Only Owners and Managers can edit lead contact details.
  2. You can update the name, email, and phone number of a lead.
  3. Changes made here do not update the corresponding record in the Contacts tab.
How to Edit Contact Details
  1. Go to Leads: Navigate to Leads from your sidebar.
  2. Open a Lead: Click on the lead you want to update to open the Summary view.
  3. Click Edit: In the Lead Info card on the right, click the Edit button.
  4. Update the Details: Modify the name, email, or phone number as needed.
  5. Click Save to confirm your updates.
