Location Types for Events

Location Types for Events

When creating an event, you can choose where it takes place. Quicko Pro supports three location types: online conferencing, in-person, and phone.

Things to Keep in Mind

  1. Default location: If no location is selected, online conferencing is set by default.
  2. Custom entries: Custom addresses and phone numbers can be entered manually.

Location Types

  1. Conferencing: A meeting link for your configured video conferencing app is auto-generated and shared with guests. You can join the meeting anytime from Schedule.
  2. In-person:
    1. Business address: Address that is configured in Workspace settings.
    2. Organiser's address: Address that the member has configured in their personal settings.
    3. Custom address: Manually add an address.
  3. Phone:
    1. Business' phone: Phone number added in Workspace settings
    2. Organiser's phone: Phone number member has added in their personal settings
    3. Custom phone: Manually add a phone number
