Mark Deal as Won

Once a qualified lead results in a sale, you can mark the deal as Won to close it successfully.

Things to Keep in Mind
  1. Owners and Managers can mark any deal as Won.
  2. Deals are automatically marked as Won when a customer purchases the attached plan via the shared link, but you can also manually mark a deal as Won.
  3. Marking a deal as Won moves it to the Closed view.
How to Mark a Deal as Won
  1. Go to Leads: Navigate to Leads from your sidebar.
  2. Find the Deal: Locate the lead that is currently marked as Qualified.
  3. Update the Status: From the summary view, mark the deal as Won, and confirm changes.
