Quicko Pro Glossary

Quicko Pro Glossary

A

Activity
A log of actions that have taken place for an entity — such as order confirmed, a deal marked as won, or a file shared with a team member. Activity is recorded at an entity level, making it easy to track and review progress.

App
A third-party connection added to your workspace to extend its capabilities — such as conferencing apps, calendar integrations, or file storage solutions. Apps are managed from the appstore.

Appstore
The marketplace within Quicko Pro where you can browse, connect, and manage all third-party app integrations.

B

Base price
The price you set when configuring a plan. This is what customers see on the storefront, unless a listing promotion is active.

Booking
A type of calendar event linked to an order. Bookings represent time a customer has booked for a particular plan.

Booking period
Defines how far into the future a customer can place an order. For example, if the booking period is set to 15 days, a customer cannot schedule further than 15 days from today.

Busy event
A calendar event that blocks a member's availability. Members cannot be booked during a busy event.

C

Calendar event
An entry on the calendar that represents a scheduled commitment or blocked time. Bookings and out of office are both types of calendar events. A calendar event can be set as free or busy — a free event appears on the calendar but does not block a member's availability.

Catalogue
List of all the plans your workspace offers. You can browse all published plans and share plan links directly with customers. You can also share plan links for a particular member.

Chat
The interface through which you talk to Cue.

Contacts
People who have expressed an interest in your workspace by signing up on your storefront, dropping a lead, or placing an order.

Cue

Customers
People who have purchased a plan from your workspace.

D

Department
A defined function within your workspace that serves a specific purpose — such as Sales, Support, or Marketing. Members added to a department assume a role derived from that department.

Directory

The file storage system within your workspace where documents and shared assets are organised and can be shared with your team.

E

Earnings
A financial summary of revenue generated through your workspace.

Entity
Refers to the main objects in your workspace: orders, contacts, members, leads, and files.

  • Won — The lead converted into a customer.
  • Lost — The lead did not convert and is no longer being pursued.

Listing price
The promotional price displayed to customers when a listing promotion is configured on a plan. Shown alongside the base price with a strikethrough to indicate the discount.
