Reopen a Lead

Reopen a Lead

You can reopen a lead that was previously closed, in case there’s renewed interest or a need to follow up.

Things to Keep in Mind
  1. Owners and Managers can reopen any closed leads.
  2. Reopened leads return to the New status.
How to Reopen a Lead
  1. Go to Leads: Navigate to Leads from your sidebar.
  2. Open the Lead: Find the closed lead you want to reopen and click to open the Summary view.
  3. Click Reopen Lead: You will find the option to 'Reopen' at the top of the page.
  4. Add a Reason: Enter a reason for reopening and confirm the action.

The lead will now return to your Open leads with a status of New.
