Set Follow-Up Reasons
Workspaces can configure follow-up reasons for bookings. This helps standardize the follow-up process and ensures members select from a predefined list of reasons when booking or extending a follow-up.
Things to Keep in Mind
- Only owners can configure follow-up reasons.
- You can add, edit, or delete reasons as needed.
How to Set Follow-up Reasons
- Go to Booking Settings: Navigate to Settings > Workspace Info > Follow-up.
- Add a New Reason: Click Add, enter the reason, and click Save.
- Modify Reasons: To modify a reason, click the Edit or Delete icon next to it.
