Dashboard is a powerful tool to help you monitor the activity and performance of your workspace in real-time. It provides data on store views, bookings, customer engagement, and earnings, helping you make informed decisions.

Things to keep in Mind
  1. Real Time: The data reflects your current activity.
  2. Tabs: Use the Store, Bookings and Customers tabs for specific metrics.
  3. Access: Owners and Managers can view this dashboard.
Realtime Data
Get instant insights into your bookings:
  1. Scheduled Today and Upcoming Tomorrow: Stay on top of current and next-day bookings.
  2. New Bookings: Track all bookings added to your workspace today.
  3. Completed or Cancelled Today: Monitor the status of bookings completed or cancelled during the day.
  4. Needs Action: Identify bookings that require you to take an action, such as follow-ups, complete, or cancel.

1. Date Range Selection
You can customise the date range to suit your analysis needs:
  1. Choose from predefined time periods like the last 7 dayslast 30 days, or this month.
  2. Set a custom date range by selecting start and end dates.
2. Compare Insights
Use the Compare option to evaluate your performance in the Previous period and Same period last year.
You can further group this data at daily, weekly, or monthly granularity, giving you flexibility to analyse trends over time.

Store Overview
The Store Dashboard helps you understand how people are interacting with your store and how that translates into bookings and earnings.
Track four key metrics:
  1. Views: Total number of times your store pages were viewed
  2. Visitors: Unique individuals who visited your store
  3. New Contacts: People who signed up on your store
  4. New Customers: First-time customers who made a booking
Based on these, you can also see:
  1. Bookings: Total number of bookings made
  2. Conversion Rate: Percentage of store views that resulted in bookings (calculated as Bookings รท Plan page views)
  3. Earnings: Revenue generated through bookings
  4. Average Order Value: Average value per booking
Get further insights with:
  1. Pagewise analytics: Total views for each plan page
  2. Planwise analytics: Views, conversions, and earnings per plan
  3. Source tracking: Understand the traffic origin using UTM parameters (Source, Medium, and Campaign)

Switch to the Customers tab for metrics like:
  1. New Customers: First time customers who purchased a plan.
  2. Returning Customers: Those who returned for another purchase.
