Upload and View Files

You can manage documents for a booking in your workspace. Easily access any order-related files directly from the Booking Summary tab.

Things to keep in Mind
  1. Supported Files: You can upload .pdf, .xlsx, .xls, .json, .jpg, .txt and .csv files.
  2. Security: All your files are stored securely to ensure confidentiality.
  3. Document Checklist: You will also see the document checklist, if configured.
  4. Quick Actions: Use Download all or Delete all feature for faster file management.
How to Upload and View Files
  1. Go to Bookings: Navigate to Bookings from the sidebar.
  2. Select a Booking: Choose the relevant Booking and open its Booking Summary page.
  3. Access Files Tab:
    1. Click on the Files tab located next to the Activity tab.
  4. Upload Files: Click the Upload button and select the file(s) you want to add.
    1. You can also upload a document against the checklist, if relevant.
    2. Files here can be downloaded, shared, renamed, or deleted by you or the customer.
