Using Files with Cue

Using Files with Cue

Reviewing multiple files in a booking can be tedious and time-consuming. With Cue, your workspace assistant, you can skip the hassle. Instead of digging through files yourself, simply ask Cue.

Things to Keep in Mind
  1. Where files come from: You can drag-and-drop files into the AI chat widget from a booking summary. External files cannot be uploaded right now.
  2. Supported files: Cue can currently read and answer questions from PDF, JPG, JSON, XLSX, and CSV formats.
How It Works
  1. When you’re in a booking summary, open Cue from the header and drag-and-drop your file into the chat. The booking and the file both become part of the context, so you can ask Cue questions directly about its content.
  2. You can add or remove files from the context anytime to refine your query.

With less time spent sorting through files, you can dedicate more time to what matters most, delivering meaningful service to your customers.
