View Bookings in Schedule

Bookings associated with an order appear in your Schedule. You can view booking details and access the linked order from there.

Things to Keep in Mind

  1. Auto-created: Bookings are created automatically when an order is placed.
  2. Bookings you receive in a workspace are denoted with this icon:  
  3. Booking actions: You can Reschedule or Cancel a booking from the glance.

How to View a Booking in Schedule

  1. Go to Schedule from the navbar.
  2. Click on a booking to open its glance.
    1. Plan name and booking time.
    2. Customer details.
    3. A link to the order with Order ID.
