View Orders that Need Action

Orders whose scheduled meeting time has passed but status hasn't been updated need action until you do so. This view brings them together so none get missed.

Things to Keep in Mind

  1. Members see a callout on My Orders when they have orders that need action.
  2. Owners and Managers see the same callout on All Orders.
  3. You will either see orders where you need to 'Update status' or 'Follow-up extended' where you are waiting on customer to take action.

How to View Orders that Need Action

  1. Click the callout from the list view in My Orders or All Orders.
  2. Click an order to open its Glance and take action.
  3. Open the Summary to view additional order details.
