View Transactions
The Transactions tab acts as a ledger between Quicko Pro and your Workspace. It gives you a detailed record of the financial activities, allowing you to track Payments, Settlements, and Refunds for each booking.
Things to Keep in Mind
- Ledger View: The transactions are displayed from Quicko Pro’s perspective:
- Payments: Amount paid by customers on a booking.
- Refunds: Amount returned to customers for cancelled bookings, based on your Workspace’s refund and cancellation policy.
- Settlements: Amount transferred to your Workspace after deducting the platform fees.
- Individual Tabs: Switch between the tabs to focus on a specific transaction.
- Real Time: Transaction details appear as and when they take place.
- Access: Workspace Owners and Managers can view this tab.
Transactions
- Transaction Details: You can see the Date and Time, Booking ID, Customer Name, Transaction Type, and Amount (Credit or Debit) of each transaction.
- All Transactions: A complete list of all financial activities, including payments, settlements, and refunds.
- Payments: Amounts collected from customers for bookings. These are credited to Quicko Pro and held until the booking is completed or cancelled.
- Settlements: Amounts transferred to your workspace after deducting platform fees. These appear as debits in the ledger.
- Refunds: Amounts returned to customers for cancelled bookings. No platform fee is deducted.
