What is Schedule

What is Schedule

Schedule is your calendar in the workspace. It shows your upcoming events and enables you to plan your day effectively.

Event types

  • Calendar events: Meetings and appointments on your calendar.
    • Events created in your workspace have no icon.
    • Events synced from a connected app show that app's logo.
  •  Bookings: Events that are linked to a workspace order.
  •  Out of Office: Events that mark your unavailability in the workspace.

What You Can Do

Click any event for a preview of its details and available actions. For workspace events, you can edit the event, invite people, copy meeting link, or duplicate the event directly from the glance view. To cancel a workspace event, right-click the tile.

Events synced from other calendars are read-only in Schedule.
