Set Out of Office

Set Out of Office

Create an Out of Office event to mark time when you are unavailable. This blocks bookings during that period and lets your team know you are away.

Things to Keep in Mind

  1. Team visibility: Out of Office events are visible to your team.
  2. Bookings: No new bookings can be made during an Out of Office period.
  3. You can set a dayspecific hours, or a date range.

How to Set Out of Office

  1. Go to Schedules: Navigate to Schedules from the sidebar.
  2. Click + Add and choose Out of Office.
  3. Set the date and time:
    1. For a full day, keep All day checked.
    2. For part of a day, uncheck All day and set the time frame.
    3. For longer breaks, select a date range.
  4. Add a Description: Enter a reason or note for your absence.
  5. Click Create.
