Cue works better when it has context. By adding a context, you help Cue understand what you’re asking about, whether it’s a plan, booking, member, or contact. This makes answers more precise and relevant to your workspace.
Contexts
- Plans: Understand the plan details.
- Bookings: Track all the details, status, history, or ask about next steps.
- Members (Owners & Managers only): Get insights about workspace members.
- Contacts (Owners & Managers only): View and query contact information.
How Context Works
- Add context manually: Click @Add context in the chat field and search for what you want to tag. You can add one or multiple contexts at a time.
- Auto-added context: If you’re viewing a Booking summary and adjacently open the chat widget, that booking will be added as context automatically.
- Manage contexts anytime: Add, remove, or clear all contexts whenever you want.
Without context, you can still ask Cue general or domain-related questions (e.g: “What deductions are available under Section 80C?”). With context, Cue draws directly from your workspace to answer booking-specific queries.
