Things to Keep in Mind

1. Owners and Managers can cancel any order. Members can cancel orders assigned to them.
   
2. Cancelling is available from an order's Glance or Summary.
   
3. Whether the customer gets a refund depends on your workspace's cancellation policy. Understand workspace policies here.
   

How to Cancel an Order

1. Go to Orders from the sidebar and find the order in Glance, or open its Summary.
   
2. Click the more  menu and choose Cancel.
   
3. Add the reason and confirm the cancellation.
   
4. Refund will be processed as per the Workspace Cancellation Policy.
