Reschedule a Meeting

Uncertainties are a part of life. Whether the customer isn’t available or you are caught up in something unavoidable, rescheduling ensures flexibility without compromising on service.

Things to Keep in Mind
  1. Workspace Policy: Rescheduling is allowed only before the meeting starts, based on your workspace’s chosen policy.
  2. Notify the customer in advance to confirm their availability for the new time slot.
How to Reschedule a Booking
  1. Go to Bookings: Navigate to Bookings from the sidebar.
  2. Find the Booking: Open the Upcoming tab and locate the booking you wish to reschedule.
  3. Click the three dots next to the booking and select Reschedule from the menu.
  4. Select Details: In the dialogue box, choose a new date, time, and provide a reason for rescheduling.
  5. Click Confirm to save the changes. The customer will be notified of the updated meeting time.
