Workspaces can decide how bookings can be rescheduled, ensuring consistency and clarity for members and customers.

Things to Keep in Mind
  1. Only owners can set the reschedule policy.
  2. Member Agreement: Members must accept the reschedule policy before joining a workspace.
  3. Customer Awareness: Customers will be made aware of the policy when placing an order.
How to Set Reschedule Policy
  1. Go to Booking Settings: Navigate to Settings > Workspace > Reschedule.
  2. Choose a Policy: Select the desired reschedule policy.
    1. Strict: No rescheduling allowed.
    2. Moderate (default): Rescheduling not allowed on the same calendar.
    3. Flexible: Rescheduling allowed any time before the booking time.
