Set Reschedule Reasons

Workspaces can configure reasons that members or customers must choose when rescheduling a booking. This helps standardise the rescheduling process and ensures consistency.

Things to Keep in Mind
  1. Only owners can configure reschedule reasons.
  2. You can add, edit, or delete reasons as needed.
How to Set Reschedule Reasons
  1. Go to Booking Settings: Navigate to Settings > Workspace > Reschedule > Reasons
  2. Add a New Reason: Click on Add, enter the reason, and click Save.
  3. Modify Reasons: To modify a reason, click the Edit or Delete icon next to it.
