View a Team Member's Schedule

View a Team Member's Schedule

Overlay a team member's calendar on your own to see their availability without leaving your view.

Things to Keep in Mind

  1. Workspace members only: You can only view schedules of team members within your workspace.
  2. Multiple overlays: You can overlay more than one team member's calendar at a time. Each member is denoted with a different colour. Blue will always be your events.
  3. Private events: These show as "Busy" where no details about the event are visible. See Public vs Private Events.

How to View a Team Member's Schedule

  1. Go to Schedules: Navigate to Schedules from the sidebar.
  2. Click on the search panel in the secondary navigation menu.
  3. Select the team member(s) whose schedule you want to view.
  4. Their calendar events are added with yours.
