Manage your Workspace’s support info

Workspace settings is the place where you will be able to add your preferences including support info for customers, working hours, reschedule or cancellation policies and many more.



To edit support info of your workspace, follow these steps:


  1. On the right corner of the header, click on the ⚙️ icon.

  2. You will see a card called ‘Support info’. Click on Edit details.

  3. You will be able to add/edit your customer support email address, contact number and terms of use from here.
    Tip: Promptness in replying to customer queries results in better retention rates. This way, you will be able to build trust and engage better with minimal efforts.



Important: We will display this to your customers so they can reach you without any hassle.
