On Quicko pro, you can customize reschedule and cancel policies. You will also be able to define which reasons your members and users select when booking a follow-up, rescheduling, cancelling or reassigning.
To update your edit booking settings, follow these steps:
- On the right corner of the header, click on the ⚙️ icon.
- You will see a section called ‘General preferences’.
- In General preferences, you’ll see a card called ‘Booking settings’. Under these settings,
- Click on Follow up to define the reasons a member would be able to choose while extending or booking a follow-up.
- Go to Reschedule if you want to change the policy or define reasons that customers and members would choose when rescheduling.
- To edit cancellation policy and reasons for members and customers, click on Cancellation.
- You will be able to add reassignment reasons from Reassignment.
Any change in policies will reflect prospectively i.e. for all users trying to reschedule or cancel after the change is made.
