Create a plan, add advanced details and publish

By defining a plan, you are promising the customer what will be served by member in the booking. Make sure it is crystal clear and understandable for all customers who may/may not understand the jargons of your field.



If you’re an Owner or Manager, follow these steps to create and publish a plan:


  1. On the right corner of the header, click on the ⚙️ icon.
  2. Navigate to Plans from the left nav bar.
  3. Click on Create. You will be redirected to a a step-wise flow wherein you can define a plan by adding the basic details. Without these details, you will not be able to publish any plan.
  4. Once you’ve set all of these, click on Done and publish a plan, to make is accessible by anybody you share it with.
  5. The configurations of plans are bifurcated in 3 tabs:
    • Basic: plan name, description, label, details, call duration, buffer time and pricing
    • Advanced: scheduling interval, listing promotions and follow-up preferences
    • Share: copy link of plan page
