Accepting Your First Booking

Accepting Your First Booking

Before you can begin accepting bookings, you must complete a few steps to get your workspace ready. These ensure smooth scheduling and seamless payments.

Checklist for Owners

1. Enter KYC Details

Enter your business and tax details. Next, link and verify your bank account to enable payments. Once verified, your payment system will be set up, and your workspace will be ready to collect earnings.

2. Curate Catalogue

Create plans and add clear descriptions, pricing, and labels to categorise and organise them effectively.

3. Create Rosters

Rosters link your plans with the right members and teams, making it easy to assign bookings. Make sure you:

  • Assign plans to the appropriate rosters.
  • Add the members and teams that will serve those plans.

Checklist for Members

1. Connect Your Calendar

Syncing your calendar helps keep your availability up-to-date, prevents scheduling conflicts, and lets you track your daily meetings.

2. Set Up Your Availability

Define your availability to suit your schedule.

  • Working Hours: Specify the days and times you're available for bookings.
  • Notice Period: Determine the minimum amount of time needed before a booking can be made.

Once all of these steps are complete, your workspace will be fully ready to accept bookings!
