Set Cancellation Reasons

Workspaces can define the reasons customers or members must select when cancelling a booking. This helps standardise cancellations and provides clarity on the reasons behind them.

Things to Keep in Mind
  1. Only owners can configure cancellation reasons.
  2. You can add, edit, or delete reasons as needed.
How to Set Cancellation Reasons
  1. Go to Booking Settings: Navigate to Settings > Workspace > Cancellation > Reasons
  2. Add a New Reason: Click on Add, enter the reason, and click Save.
  3. Modify Reasons: To modify a reason, click the Edit or Delete icon next to it.
