Availability helps you manage when you are open for bookings. By customising your Working Hours and Notice Period, you choose the timings that work best for you.
Things to Keep in Mind
- Working Hours: Set your availability for each day of the week and specify what times you are available for meetings.
- Notice Period: Choose how much notice time is needed before a meeting is booked.
How to Set Your Availability
Working Hours
- Navigation: Go to Settings > Personal Info > Working Hours
- Set Working Hours: Choose the days and hours you are available for meetings. You can set specific hours for each day or select a weekly schedule.
- Set Unavailability: Add days off if needed, to further customise your availability.
Notice Period
- Navigation: Go to Settings > Personal Info > Notice Period
- Set Notice Period: Set how far in advance customers can book meetings with you. Choose between minutes, hours, or days.
- Click Save to update your preferences.
To start accepting bookings, ensure that your Working Hours, Notice Period, and Calendar Connection are set up.
