Edit an Event

Edit an Event

Plans can change and we understand that. You can edit a calendar event you created in the workspace to update the details before it takes place.

Things to Keep in Mind

  1. Your events only: You can only edit events you created.
  2. Google Calendar events: Events synced from Google Calendar cannot be edited in Schedule.
  3. Booking events: These are linked to orders and cannot be edited. See View and Manage Bookings.

How to Edit an Event

  1. Go to Schedule: Navigate to Schedule from the sidebar.
  2. Click on the event you want to edit to open its glance view.
  3. Click on the 'more' menu, and select Edit.
  4. Update the details as needed:
    1. Title
    2. Description
    3. Date and time
    4. Guests
    5. Location
    6. Visibility
  5. Click Save.
