Understanding Schedule

Schedule shows all your events in one place — customer bookings, Out of Office blocks, and any other events from your connected calendars.

Event types

  • Calendar events: Meetings and calls you create directly in Schedule.
  • Bookings: Events linked to an order. They show customer details, the plan purchased, and booking status.
  • Out of Office: Blocks that mark you as unavailable for booking.

Reading Event Icons

Each event tile shows an icon indicating where it came from. Events from a connected calendar (such as Google Calendar) show that calendar's icon. Out of Office blocks you create directly from the Schedule view will have its own icon, and booking events associated with your workspace have their own icon.

Working with Events

Click any event tile to open a glance view with its details and available actions. For workspace events, you can edit the event, invite people, copy the meeting link, or duplicate directly from the glance view. To cancel a workspace event, right-click the tile.

Events from connected calendars are read-only in Schedule. Open the original calendar app to edit or cancel them.
