View and Manage Bookings in Schedule
Bookings from your orders appear directly in your Schedule. You can view booking details and access the linked order from the calendar view.
Things to Keep in Mind
- Auto-created: Booking events are created automatically when you receive a booking.
- Booking actions: You can Reschedule or Cancel a booking from the glance view.
- To manage a booking: Go to the linked order.
How to View a Booking in Schedules
- Go to Schedules: Navigate to Schedules from the sidebar.
- Click on a booking event.
- A glance view opens, showing:
- Plan name and booking time.
- Customer details.
- A link to the order with Order ID.
