Contacts is a list of people who have signed up on your workspace, whether or not they have made a purchase. It helps you keep track of everyone who has shown interest in your services.
For each contact, you can see:
- Name
- Email
- Phone number
- Since date (when they signed up).
What You Can Do
- Use Contacts to follow up with leads, stay in touch with potential customers, or understand your workspace reach.
- Owners, Managers and Support can see the phone number and emails of all Contacts.
