What is Contacts

Contacts is a list of people who have signed up on your workspace, whether or not they have made a purchase. It helps you keep track of everyone who has shown interest in your services.

For each contact, you can see:
  1. Name
  2. Email
  3. Phone number
  4. Since date (when they signed up).
What You Can Do
  1. Use Contacts to follow up with leads, stay in touch with potential customers, or understand your workspace reach.
  2. Owners, Managers and Support can see the phone number and emails of all Contacts.
