Create a Lead

Create a Lead

Not all leads come through your store, some come through calls, referrals, or in-person meetings. Use Create Lead to manually add and track these opportunities from your workspace.

Things to Keep in Mind
  1. Linked to Contacts: Every lead must be linked to a contact. If the contact doesn’t exist yet, you can create one during this process.
  2. Assignment Options: You can auto-assign the lead to someone in your Sales team or assign it to a specific member manually.
How to Create a Lead
  1. Go to Leads: Navigate to the Leads tab from the sidebar.
  2. Click Create Lead.
  3. Search by Email: Look up the contact by email.
    1. If the contact doesn’t exist, enter their email and click Create New Contact.
  4. Fill in the Details:
    1. First Name
    2. Last Name
    3. Phone Number
    4. What the lead is looking for
  5. Assign the Lead:
    1. Choose to auto-assign it to your Sales team, or
    2. Select a specific member to assign the lead to.
  6. Click Create: The lead will now appear in your Leads list, ready to be tracked.
