Change Member Role

Roles can change as your team evolves. Update a member's role to align with their responsibilities to ensure they have the right access to the workspace.


Things to Keep in Mind

  • Owners: Can update all roles (Owner, Manager, Member).
  • Managers: Can update Member roles only.

How to Change a Member’s Role

  1. Go to Members: Navigate to Settings > Members.
  2. Find the Member: Locate the member and click the three dots (⋮) on the right side.
  3. Change Role: Hover over Update Role, select their new role, and confirm the changes.
