Track Bookings

Tracking bookings are an important part of managing your workflow, and ensuring that pending tasks are completed on time.


Things to Keep in Mind

  • Access: Owners and Managers can view and act upon all workspace bookings.
  • Booking Status: Bookings are organised into three tabs: Upcoming, Completed, and Needs Action.
  • Manage Pending Work: Use the ‘Needs Action’ tab to keep track of incomplete tasks and ensure they are resolved.


How to Track Bookings

  1. Go To Bookings: Navigate to Bookings from the side
  2. Understand the Tabs:
    • Upcoming: View all scheduled bookings that are yet to take place. Use this to plan your day and prepare in advance.
    • Completed: Find bookings that have been Completed or Cancelled - either by you or the customer.
    • Needs Action: Manage Completed or Pending bookings that require updates. You can: Extend bookings or Schedule follow-ups, Mark bookings as Completed, or Cancel bookings.
