Complete a Booking

Marking a booking as complete ensures that all concluded sessions are accounted for and helps keep your workspace organised. It also makes it easier to track the progress of your advisory services.


Things to Keep in Mind

  • Owners and Managers can mark any booking as complete.
  • Recently concluded bookings appear at the top of the Needs Action tab.


How to Complete a Booking

  1. Go to Bookings: Navigate to Bookings from the sidebar.
  2. Open the Needs Action Tab: Select the Needs Action tab to view bookings that require status updates.
  3. Most-recently concluded booking appears on the top. Select Mark as Complete.

Once marked as Complete, the booking will move to the Completed tab for future reference.
