Cancel a Booking

Sometimes, cancelling a booking is unavoidable. Depending on your workspace’s policy, cancellations can be made before the booking starts, ensuring a smooth process for both you and the customer.

Things to Keep in Mind

  • Cancellation policies vary:
    • Flexible: Cancel anytime before the booking starts.
    • Moderate: Cancel up to the same day of the booking.
    • Strict: Cancellations are not allowed.

How to Cancel a Booking

  1. Go to Bookings: Navigate to Bookings from the sidebar.
  2. Locate the Booking: Use the search bar or browse the Upcoming tab to find the booking you wish to cancel.
  3. Open the Summary View: Select the booking to view its details.
  4. Cancel the Booking: Click the menu icon and choose Cancel. Confirm the action based on your workspace’s policy.
