Qualify a Lead

Qualify a Lead

You can qualify a lead once you’ve reviewed their query and found it to be a good fit for your services.

Things to Keep in Mind
  1. Owners and Managers can mark any lead as Qualified
  2. Qualifying a lead automatically converts it into an Open Deal. As part of this step, you will need to add a plan to the lead.
  3. Once the plan is added, the lead receives a unique link to purchase that plan. If they complete the purchase, the deal is automatically marked as Won.
How to Qualify a Lead
  1. Go to Leads: Navigate to Leads from your sidebar.
  2. Find the Lead: Locate the lead you want to qualify.
  3. Click Qualify to change the status of the lead.
  4. Attach Plan: Search the right plan and add it to the lead.
  5. Copy Link: Share the generated plan link with the contact.
