Reassign Leads

If a different team member is better suited to handle a lead, you can easily reassign it to keep things moving forward.

Things to Keep in Mind
  1. Owners and Managers can reassign leads.
  2. Leads can only be reassigned if they are in New or Qualified status.
How to Reassign a Lead
  1. Go to Leads: Navigate to Leads from your sidebar.
  2. Locate the Lead: Find a lead in New or Qualified status.
  3. Reassign Lead: Click on the three dots and select Reassign.
  4. Select a New Member: Choose a member to reassign the lead to, and click Confirm.
