Understand Leads Statuses
Lead statuses help you track where a lead stands in your sales journey. Each status represents a stage of progress or outcome for that lead.
New: The lead has just been added to your workspace and hasn’t been qualified yet.
Qualified: You’ve identified this lead as a potential customer and attached a plan to it, turning it into an open deal.
Unqualified: The lead isn’t a good fit for your services, or they’re not ready to move forward.
Won: The lead has placed an order for your plan and the deal is marked as successful.
Lost: The deal did not convert to a sale and is closed.

Tip: Updating lead statuses helps your team stay aligned and follow up more effectively.
