What is Leads

Leads is where you can view and manage people who have dropped a query from your store. It helps you identify potential customers and take the next steps to engage with them and convert them into a deal.

Things to Keep in Mind
  1. Owners and Managers can:
    1. View all leads in the workspace.
    2. Assign leads to members.
    3. Update lead or deal status.
    4. Delete a lead.
Each lead includes:
  1. Name
  2. Email
  3. Phone number
  4. Source of the lead
  5. Query
  6. Current status (New, Qualified, Unqualified, Won, or Lost)
What you can do
Use Leads to qualify prospects, assign them to team members, update statuses, attach relevant plans, and close deals.
You can also:
  1. Filter leads by Contact, Member, Date range, and Lead status
  2. Sort leads by created or updated date, in ascending and descending order
  3. Switch between views:
    1. All: View all leads
    2. Open: View leads marked as New or Qualified
    3. Closed: View leads marked as Won, Lost, or Unqualified
