Understand Leads Summary

The Leads Summary view gives you a complete picture of each lead, from how they came in, to what they need, and how far they’ve progressed.

What You Will See
At the top of the page:
  1. Assigned Member: Who is handling the lead
  2. Created Date: When the lead was submitted
  3. Status Stepper: Shows the current stage of an open lead
  4. New → Open Lead → Qualified Lead → Open Deal
Activity Tab
The Activity tab shows the full lifecycle:
  1. Message submitted by the lead
  2. Assignment and status changes
  3. Any updates related to the lead or deal
This helps you track progress and stay on top of follow-ups.

Lead Info
On the right, the Lead Info section includes:
  1. Email and phone number of the lead
  2. Matching contact, if one exists
  3. UTM details to show where the lead came from

Deal Info
The Deal Info section appears once the lead is qualified into a deal. It displays:
  1. Plan title: The service being offered
  2. Deal value: Price of the attached plan
This helps workspaces track the unrealised revenue, that the workspace either won or lost.
