The Leads Summary view gives you a complete picture of each lead, from how they came in, to what they need, and how far they’ve progressed.
What You Will See
At the top of the page:
- Assigned Member: Who is handling the lead
- Created Date: When the lead was submitted
- Status Stepper: Shows the current stage of an open lead
- New → Open Lead → Qualified Lead → Open Deal
Activity Tab
The Activity tab shows the full lifecycle:
- Message submitted by the lead
- Assignment and status changes
- Any updates related to the lead or deal
This helps you track progress and stay on top of follow-ups.
Lead Info
On the right, the Lead Info section includes:
- Email and phone number of the lead
- Matching contact, if one exists
- UTM details to show where the lead came from

Deal Info
The Deal Info section appears once the lead is qualified into a deal. It displays:
- Plan title: The service being offered
- Deal value: Price of the attached plan
This helps workspaces track the unrealised revenue, that the workspace either won or lost.
