Join a booking

For building an online advisory, it is very important to be prepared and join in time for a booking.

To join a booking:

1. Navigate to Bookings from the left nav bar.

2. You’ll see 3 tabs: ‘Upcoming’, ‘Completed’ and ‘Needs action’.

3. In the upcoming tab, you’ll see the ongoing booking highlighted, simply click on Join to start the meeting.
   ✅ Tip: Before you join, make sure you have a good internet connection, check the audio and video quality for an outstanding experience. Wear a smile, greet the customer to get the ball rolling.
