Track a booking

For building an online advisory, it is very important to be prepared and track bookings to make sure pending work gets completed diligently.



You’ll find 3 tabs in ‘Bookings’:


  1. Upcoming: All the bookings that are yet to happen, will be visible here. This is how your upcoming days look like.
  2. Completed: Bookings that were marked as completed or were cancelled by either you or the customer, will show up here.
  3. Needs action: The pending work, or bookings whose status has to be updated, is visible here. You could extend or book follow-ups, mark as complete and cancel bookings from this tab.
