There will always be uncertainties. Sometimes the customer isn’t available for the time they booked and sometimes you’re caught up with something unavoidable. Hence, Quicko Pro enables rescheduling before any booking starts (based on the policy workspace has chosen).
To reschedule a booking:
Navigate to Bookings from the left nav bar.
You’ll see 3 tabs: ‘Upcoming’, ‘Completed’ and ‘Needs action’.
In the upcoming tab, you’ll see the the booking you want to reschedule.
From the menu, click on Reschedule and a dialog box will open.
Select a date, time and reason. Click on Confirm and ta-da, the booking will be rescheduled and your customer will be notified.
✅ Tip: Before you reschedule, make sure the customer has been given a heads up and they’re available for the new time slot. This way, customer satisfaction increases.
